Brooklyn Brewery Visit

I have really been enjoying their beers lately and thought it was about time for a brewery visit, so we ventured off to the Brooklyn Brewery for a "tour" and some draft only beers. Apparently in Williamsburg (viewed by some as Brooklyn), party time takes place at 4pm at Brooklyn Brewery! The place was packed, people seemingly had been camped out there all day, and numerous couples couldn't keep their hands of each other...things were getting crazy! While waiting for the "tour" I was able to taste a handful of draft only releases including their Weissbier, Blast! Double Ipa, and a very unusual beer known as The Concoction which is inspired by the a scottish cocktail called The Penicillin! They were all solid and all things considered, this was one of the most interesting brewery visits that I have been on.

Monster "greated" us upon our arrival

Fermentation Tanks at the entry

Plastic cups...unfortunately a necessity given the party type vibe going on!

Listening to the interesting tales of how the brewery all began!

Keg filling station
More tanks

Bottling line for all of the 750ml specialty beers.
