My First Stop Stateside: ATL!

What was originally planned as a quick stop in Atlanta ended up being a long weekend full of great food (mostly pulled pork sandwiches!) some amazing beers, and most importantly, great company i.e. Mr. & Mrs. Atkinson of Brookhaven Review!
While making my usual visit to Green's, I realized how much I missed American Craft beer!
There was an abundance of beers that had been on my "list" for a while and I was stoked to have been able to cross them off.
Over the long weekend I was able to try a nice variety of Imperial Stouts, Winter Warmers, and a few Ipas.
Among a long list of great beers (considering such a short weekend) I enjoyed some old favorites as well as some highly anticipated and long overdue beers!

Hoppin Frog BA Boris
Sweetwater Borderhopper
Bells Hell Hath No Fury
Terrapin Moo Hoo
Sweetwater Festive
Yuengling Black & Tan
Sweetwater 420
Yellow Snow IPA
Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout

Big surprise, I traveled across the Atlantic for 14 hours to drink yet another Mikkeller beer.
An amazing Barrel Aged Imperial Stout that was so rich and creamy it was like a whiskey infused chocolate milkshake!
This was definitely the highlight of the weekend!

Mikkeller Black Tie: BA Imperial Stout 11.5%abv
A special thanks & Cheers goes out to Malory and Cory for letting me crash at their place and enjoy some good beer and great times!
